I'm a product and platform executive with 25 years building enterprise software that sits at the center of how work gets done — collaboration, communications, workflow, customer engagement, identity, and now AI.
The arc
I started as an engineer and engineering leader, then moved into product. At Jive, I owned the flagship product through growth from $40M to $225M ARR, Series B through IPO — and earlier led the team that built its core. At 8x8, I led application portfolio and platform services as the business scaled from $300M to $700M+ ARR — launching new product lines (CX Engage among them), integrating the Fuze acquisition, and running a 35K-customer migration with zero disruption.
That combination — deep technical roots plus product ownership of revenue-critical platforms — is the through-line of how I work.
What I'm building now
I founded Rivaro to tackle a problem I kept seeing coming: enterprises are giving AI agents real authority faster than they can govern it. Rivaro brings policy, permissioning, and control to the moment before an agent acts — not just after the fact in logs.
